where is the spanish says welcoming and friendly not even a good day !!! closed and smileless faces it must be optional !! what a bad image of Spain and the Spaniards

Expeditive staff, content to give printed matter as explanations, show very clear signs of annoyance and 1 gentleman who works there even turned around when the person in front of me wanted other explanations he openly ignored because he was annoyed. So for my part qd I call I am told that we will not assist me on the phone to fill out the forms and qd I come there is still missing 1 paper since I did not understand and no one explains me not on the phone! Each time it's half a day! Many dissatisfied people before me today for the same reasons! Lots of waiting not enough staff at the counter.

They don't even answer the phone ...

Place a little austere but it must not be easy every day with different requests from people .......
