Four and a half stars, but set all five to balance the trolls. There are problems, but they are solved. We can say that having all the papers in Strasbourg I always got the desired result. But! A certain polite persistence will never hurt. And find some other government agency - in any country - where it is not required. I would give them four and half stars, but ultimately gave five, to balance out trolls. They have problems - but all the problems can be solved. Every time I was in Strasbourg and having all the necessary paperwork I obtained the desired result. But: you will need certain persistence. Find one government office anywhere in the world where you won't need it.

I had to call because I have a trip planned in October and I wanted to have information about the visa that I must do and know what it is !!!. What I can say is that the reception on the phone is non-existent !!! We can be in the middle of a health crisis and be overwhelmed but that doesn’t prevent that we can remain courteous !!!
