Vergonhoso como todos os serviços públicos portugueses .... Só pergunto para que serve ter um contato ao docente se não atendem o telefone .....

15 min em chamada ja liguei mais do que uma vez estou com o bilhete de identidade caducado quero renovar mas nao tem como fazer marcação.

Two weeks that I phone every day but never anyone to answer us, just an answering machine inviting you to go to the site but impossible to make an appointment or information on their site .... it's a shame! In case of emergency, how do we reach them ?? !!!! Well it's just not possible 😡😡
