Beautiful building. Nice and professional staff. Only downside, explaining his problem to all those who wait and hear everything about our privacy.

My sister and father were treated nicely, but I asked if I could use the toilet, we had a two hour drive behind us for traffic jam, 140 km drive, I could barely stand it, but I was refused to use the toilet "Security reasons," I was told I could go in a cafe where several 100m away, I almost fell over, could hardly go there until there, my husband had to support me! I am more than disappointed by this consulate !!!

Beautiful old building, my wife needed a new passport. Very friendly and accommodating.
