Too bad we can't put zero stars because that's what you deserve. I read the reviews and even years later it's still the same, no one answers the phone. However, when one calls the consulate of Besançon they answer quickly. A shame that of Strasbourg,

It had been 10 years since I had been to the Moroccan consulate and to my surprise they had moved. This new building is nice clean and in a good location. I stayed there for less than an hour, the reception staff gave me a good orientation and the staff in the offices were really quick. I have been very lucky

The reception is very good. They made great efforts. I was received very quickly and was able to get all the information I asked for. It's really nice to have such a competent staff. Thanks to the whole team !
