My colissimo delivery experience was bad

Ashamed to pass 3 times with 3 times the same message "if you read this poster, it is because we are closed from ... to ... inclusive" every day another poster with other dates. Frankly ashamed I would no longer have my packages delivered here !!!!!

Closed, certainly due to COVID but no information on the facade ... deplorable organization 🤨

I wanted to have information about a package that I ordered. Indeed I had as follow that it was delivered, except that my mailbox is empty and I have no postage ticket to recover the package. The woman at the ticket office takes me down and retorts "You know you're in a post office here ???!". In the end package to oblivion, no solution and service to vomit. Give your work to others!
