Well then say it unpleasant this little lady with short graying hair! I come to check if my package has arrived, it clearly bothers her to check, and in addition she can tell me that I should perhaps trust my mother who has already passed in the afternoon! she is swollen! In view of her welcome with the previous client also, she would do well to retire!
