I put 1 star because we cannot put 0. During the rounds, the postmen prefer to post notices rather than ringing or climbing a few steps (or even for a ground floor in our old accommodation), to retrieve an important document by registered mail it is therefore up to us to pick it up while we were home at the time of the tour. Today, did not even bother to put the mail in the mailbox, he / she preferred to put it above the common mailboxes while the name and address were on the mail and on our mailbox. It's scary for when you wait for important mail or packages, you wonder where they will end up and if we will ever receive them. And I did not mention the time when our AR letter took 3 weeks to go from Laon to Laon, there were only two streets apart, if we had known we would have delivered it directly by hand.

The letter carriers do not ring at the time of the tours, or "forget" for 2 weeks to deliver the courier. Unwelcoming staff.

Second Saturday in a row that I want to come and pick up a parcel ... I arrive the first time at 11:40 am, the second time at around 11:35 am. Station closed, nobody, I try to ring, nobody answers ... No information is communicated as to a possible closure on Saturday due to the health crisis, both on the internet and on site display. I would completely understand that at 11.55 am on a Saturday (therefore for closing at 12 noon) the Center is closed, but there is a slight difference between 5 mins and 20 or even 25 mins. When we provide a public service, we provide it to the end. And of course it is impossible for me to collect the package during the week since I work 45 km and the Center opens after the hour at which I start to work and closes before I even leave.
