The receptionists are rude !! You must deposit the parcel at the PARCEL deposit machine !! So the agents you have nothing to do free without customers in front.

The worst post I've ever been to. Front desk agents are consistently rude, absolutely unhelpful, and far too busy doing nothing to deal with customers.
