Deplorable quality of service. Comes to make a photocopy, after inserting the USB key and printing a blank sheet twice, I am told that the machine does not detect certain USB keys, that a manager must be called to settle the dispute and that it will be complicated to have a refund. Thank you for recruiting people who want to work

A lot of negative reviews apparently, but very (very!) Very friendly and helpful staff. I sent letters, parcels, they always helped me as best as possible and with a sincere smile. Frankly, I go back to this post office only for the staff. I do not know about other services (bank, machines). Yes, the facade needs a serious refit and the work around does not help to get in there. The room is small and not very bright. I do not even know how the staff does to be so friendly in such a lousy place.

I confirm all the negative reviews, this agency has become mediocre. The agents I knew between 2015 and 2018 have left and it's a shame. Today I have the impression that there is a constant turnover, between those who do not know how to inform you or who forget that confidentiality is essential in a bank. Then, the trainees or apprentices with little or badly trained and advisers who take people without an appointment but when you have the misfortune to ask just for information, we remind you that you have to take an appointment and to the telephone platform. Concerning the director of this agency, there is a lack of professionalism in the discretion of the client's account and contradictions between what she requires as a document for a fairly large withdrawal, for example, and what the agents say at the reception. Yes yes to withdraw the money that we save every month, well we must justify ourselves, give a reason and all this in front of everyone. No confidentiality. Suddenly I cannot salute the effort of the staff more than it is to be reviewed knowing that the negative comments for the most part date from 1 year ago so it is not so distant.
