Slow, rude, and they’ll do anything possible to *not* give you what you came for, even your own mail. Bad experiences guaranteed

Helpful staff but ridiculously long queues. What does this tell you? That the people delivering the mail don't do their job properly, resulting in more people needing to come to the post office; And that the layout of the post office is poor which means staff can't efficiently do what they need to. Please, La Poste, read the many poor reviews and take action!

Do not respect the schedules advertised online, use excuses for not providing their service and do not specify the correct information. I came on a Saturday, they didn't open all day and their excuse was that they had communicated on that day by sending an email (which I never received, and there was no indication of a possible change of online timetables). I am assured that apart from this specific day, the hours are the same. On Monday, I spend an hour before they close and find that they are still closed, and have been for an hour. Do not even deserve the star that I am forced to put to rate them.

Warning: Never forward a letter followed by this office. The letters followed being able to be deposited in letterbox without any proof to provide none arrive at destination. No recourse thereafter to recover your package nor any internal investigation to find out what happened. A simple system of photo of the parcel in the letter box would make it possible to ensure that the parcel has arrived at its destination ...
