This agency is currently only open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., resulting in an almost permanent influx. Would it not be possible to leave the game with the machines open on a larger time slot with a security guard only so that those who can do without postal staff use the machines (mail franking) and those who need to recover letters / parcels can do it as a priority when the agency is open? This would allow 1 / customers who use automated machines to do so over a longer time slot and avoid coming between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. when they can 2 / those who need to go to the counter or who are not comfortable with the machines being able to use the services with less crowds.
