I had very good experience dealing with the consulate in a situation of distress. I was able to book a next-day appointment on-line. They delivered a temporary passport within 45mins. The personnel were very courteous and helpful. At my request, they made a scan of the new passport and send it to me via email.

Terrible and disorganised service. I called earlier to make sure what documents I need in order to obtain one inportant paper. I brought polish translations and it turned out that they can’t give me the document i needed because all of a sudden they need something else. They don’t know what they want, someone is just signing documents according to their personal feelings. People working there are very racists as well. I am not surprised why polish society is as it is if people working in the embassy show their personal prejudice towards the choices you make in your own life. Rude terrible incompetent uneducated ...

Terrible service. Rude and careless consulate lady in charge of the visa counter, seems like she doesn't want to work there. It's embarrassing how she just left like that in the counter and her colleague had to call her back because I wasn't finished with her and the fact that she checked my passport multiple times but still managed to make fun of the situation as she thinks I'm 'underaged' when in fact I'm over 18 years old. Clearly no respect.

I was there with my girlfriend to take her certificate in connection of wedding.... And i think for wedding in europe we just need passport and thats it .. And they check my every documents even expect this what they need .. I feel embarressed and like crimanal in front of them. Women was so much rude !!! In the end i will just say that Do your job But dont do what is not your bussiness ..
