Very helpful and very nice. Truely enjoyable.

I have come often here, mostly to pick up Amazon packages. I normally avoid peak hours because, while the place is spacious, it can quickly create queues. That said, staff tries to be cordial, efficient, and to the point. The French postal service can be intimidating, particularly for foreigners with limited French skills. If it is something different to "picking up a package", I recommend a quick visit to the website to get a sense of the products you may need and write it down, so you can point them to your needs quickly. Location and hours are probably the main pluses of this office.

Had a package delivered here Poste Restante, did everything right as confirmed by several customer service reps on the phone. The staff rejected the package and it was returned to sender. (I did not find this out until weeks later after speaking with the origin countries mail carrier). The staff at the location were extremely unhelpful during the process of trying to get this package, with one woman in particular being the single worst employee/person I have ever dealt with. I have never seen someone so dedicated to not doing their job. Avoid at all costs.

Good luck if you get the extremely unhelpful older lady with the white hair and glasses. Never helps with anything and her solution to everything, after searching for your package for, what she seems to feel, a generous 3 seconds, is always call 3631 and ask them. After which she gets back to important tasks, such as, glaring down at her pen wondering if the ink might run out. Basically anything to avoid eye contact. Tip: try to find someone else to find your package. Right after the lady above said it's not at their facility and the only option is to call 3631, another lady who seemed to be savvy to her ways, took the delivery number and found it in 5 mins. To Note: I wrote this review in English but the conversations with her were entirely in French so it wasn't a communication problem. Lots of other French people in line were complaining about the same thing

Never come here if you need help with mailing items. The worst service possible with zero attention for customers.
