The staff in the office are quite friendly. However, Colissimo delivery people are horrible! When the parcel does not enter the mailbox, instead of calling the recipients, the deliverers just leave a transit advice note like what "recipient absent", but I was at home and no one calls me !! and once i asked a delivery guy leaving a passge notice why he wasn't calling me and i got yelled at! a shame!
