Very slow and not friendly staffs at the bank desk... I think the sloths are more rapid than them... Seriously! Takes twenty minute for an operation simple... Go there only if you need stress and frustrations...

I just spent there today on 10/16/2020 there is a lady at the super nice reception who took the envelope already franked by the machine and she asked me if I wanted her stamp it then I can tell you that I was in heaven. This lady is very professional in addition to very very friendly we can say that I would never find this VIP service elsewhere. Thanks to you my little lady and don't change anything you ensure the best of the best 👍🏼😊
