Post Office

My package was delivered to this relay point, rue Breguet Sabin, although I had requested one closer to my home and with more opening hours. When I arrive at this site to collect a pick-up (logically practical service since no staff is necessary) I am informed that this service is closed at Christmas week! Result: I did not have any of the packages ordered on time!

Incompetent and rude Chronospost supposedly delivered before 1 pm: 30 euros per letter but you pay because it is really important .... and finally not delivered before 6 pm! Do not ask for advice: they send you out for a walk. Your very presence disturbs them anyway! Honestly one of the worst Post I've ever seen ... and yet there is competition! I also work in the public sector but fortunately we do not allow ourselves that at home ...

How to explain that while the mask has been compulsory everywhere in Paris since today, the postman who personally delivered a letter to me this morning was not wearing one? In view of the situation and the health risks, this is unacceptable.

Shocked by the lack of respect. The guard lets a very old gentleman wait in full sun, he asks people in the queue to pass him constantly and the old gentleman waits and gets angry therefore in full sun! This is not acceptable behavior !!!

Very bad service. I only go there to send mail by machine ... not recommended to go unless you have to collect a package ...
