The staff is nice enough but the underlying systems of the bank and the mobile data services are so poorly integrated it's such a pain to deal with. I signed opened a bank account just so I could easily pay my la poste mobile bill. Took 4 attempts and 3 months for me to receive a Carte Bleu. Then another month to receive my PIN. So for those three months I had to go into this branch to pay for my cell service, and they charge you €5 extra just to pay in person. So on my €10 monthly bill I've paid €15 for each of the first two months due to La Banque Postale's inability to successfully send my CB via La Poste. And this month I find an extra €10 charge for my failure to pay the past two months... Not my fault and I've already paid €10 extra for the privilege of going into their front and paying in person. On top of that, I was charged €30 for accidentally using 1.2 mb of data in Switzerland. Okay it's not in the EU, so it's not in my plan... BUT WHO THINKS €30 FOR 1.2 mb ISN'T A SCAM? there's an option somewhere to avoid this charge, but it isn't on by default and none of the employees have been able to help me enable it. Being a client here has just taken way too much of my time and cost way too much in unexpected fees. I wanted to support it because mobile data and banking are good ways for a national postal service to survive into the future, and in the USA we don't have these public options. But I've learned why people avoid La Poste Mobile and why La Banque Postale is seen as the last option. They're both basically public scams. The waits are always ridiculous as well.

The people who work there are rude and do not know how to smile or be friendly. Young people are missing who are dynamic, because they are approaching retirement, they are surely embittered! Should change all that because I don't like the vibe of this bank. If I could put 0 stars, I would.

Very welcoming and efficient despite the Covid measures put in place.

The best post office I have ever been to. Helpful and knowledgeable.
