LA POSTE

I highly recommend this post office: I just sent a little parcel from here and did not have packaging etc. The employee who helped me was super helpful in selecting a package and really did his best to find the cheapest solution for shipping. I do speak French though, so maybe that helped. The guy who helped me had a bit of a rough vibe a first sight but was really great when I started to ask questions and his opinion on what to do. Also queues are not as long as I remember in other post offices.

Most impatient, unfriendly and unhelpful staff I've ever met. As a foreigner in France who speak little french, they don't even bother to try to communicate and help while I was trying my best to come up with some french words. I even saw one of the staff rolled her eyes on me after her colleague asked her if she speaks English. Afterwards, I went to another La poste in le marais where staff are super nice and patient to listen to my broken french, and they had no problem helping me with my package which this post office told me that they don't do it here.

The personnel is really helpful and the automatic machines are good to save time in processing the mails

Never had problem with that place. The horary are a bit variant tho.

The mobile sucks!
