Post Office

What I expected from a post office. The automated machines had multiple language options, which made it easy for me to get postage to send postcards to my nieces in the states, without needing to ask for assistance.

There’s bad, and there’s really bad service. The personnel didn’t care enough to say hello or solve any problems. There weren’t that many clients during lunchtime, the worst post office experience in Paris.

Staff does not want to handle litigation and does not try to provide solutions. Very unpleasant more. Pity.
