Disrespectful staff and unprofessional. Honestly, we have to change all of the people working in this position. Repeated malfunctions and you allow yourself to be haughty with customers. I do not know if this is due to the location of your agency, but it is imperative to change your behavior towards the people who I remind you are putting their money into so that you can make the investment behind. A good pair of slaps should definitely get you back to earth!
