The "manager" is insufferable, looks down on people (including her own team), sorry to let this type of person lead a team and be in charge of customer service (you will understand that it does not exist).

Last day to pick up a package. I have the bar code with the letter from the sender and just a photo of the ID that I lost some time ago. Not at all understanding impossible to recover the package that will be returned to the sender!

3 transit advice notes received during confinement while we were still present at our home, don't even bother to call to get out. And it's not just since confinement, it's been that way since we've been connected to this post. Since they reopened (without official publication, so two of the three packages have been returned without anyone noticing), it takes a big 30 minutes to queue to retrieve the package.
