Post Office

Unable to have a phone number. My package was dropped off in their mailbox and I'm going to pick it up and they don't have it. The postal services are deplorable.

I have never received a single one of me my parcels on time .... for having exercised the profession, I do not understand why I do not receive any passage, nor notice, nor a cost of telephone .... I work from home, however: '( The follow-up tells me each time an "exceptional reason preventing access to the residence ...." which does not have to be, depending on the days my neighbors have their mails It would be so much to privatize our dear postal service, to integrate a little seriousness and professionalism in this brand ....

As usual it is extremely disappointed by the post the staff is very rude no longer want to frank neither your mail nor your parcels and asks you to do everything at the terminal even if there is a queue of 10 people and that there is only one terminal that works as they say it is not their problem .... 🙄

What to say? Useful local service ... it is sure we do not move to the post office to create a link. But I have a thought for isolated people if you look for a little welcome and sympathy by going to the post office, fleeing this office ... special message to employees: users come to receive a service and not to be infantilized. it depends on who we fall, more or less friendly reception depending on the time and people. But since it's the nearest post office, I go there. Better than the agora plant
