Post Office

I'm not used to complaining but it's too blatant. In a week I placed 5 Amazon orders and each time they say there will be a delay due to the weather or some exceptional catastrophic situation. And then I was told that I was not at home yet I am on vacation. The Lissé agency must take its work seriously.

I would like to put 0, but it is not possible. Out of 2 parcels that went through the ACP Lisses, none of them arrived at my home "delivered in letter boxes" whereas in practice they NEVER do so, even for parcels that are flat like a sheet. The service is really poor. If anyone ever wants to file a collective complaint, you can count me in it.

The entire Colissimo team is simply thieves that thieves. All the packages that I order, we all go through this sorting center. Of course they never reached my address. Customer service at the post office are also complicit in the action. I hope the post office will take disciplinary action on their team immediately because it is really unacceptable to have parcels of more than 200 euro stolen each time.
