Terrible, disastrous, incompetent staff. I went to retrieve my money from Western Union as they are an agency. They refused, told me firstly they cant then said they have an error then the 4 day later could not help me. I have reported tbem to Western Union.

A star because unfortunately we can not put less ... On several occasions, the postman just dropped off a calling card without ringing. I wonder if he only had my parcel with him ... The height of the nerve on the calling card or the parcel number no the address is not correct and the number is even missing numbers. Telephone service non-existent, I have to call the international number of the Post Office to try to recover my lost packages. Arrived at a relay point, I have to look for my packages myself because the manager of the relay point does not speak French, forcing me to speak English to him. He sends me back, telling me he can't find my name on his parcel list. I look and guess what ... he just didn't turn the page, I was on the one from behind ...
