Very bad experience at the Draveil post office, A non-existent or even unsympathetic kindness, a lady plague behind her counter, I queue 40min so that in the end I will be refused to take my package (for supposedly too large dimensions), I had to go to another post which accepted it to me without any problem! This quality of service is unacceptable for such an establishment. He would have to review their staff, it's shameful!

I came to pick up a package (slip indicating availability from 11/16/20). The lady who receives me tells me that the packages are only available from 2 p.m. on the day indicated on the slip. It annoys me a bit but no choice. I told him, however, that it would be good to write it down on the slip to avoid wasting people time. She told me coldly without any empathy "I am not a postman". To which I answer "I know very well but you are an employee of the post office so you can take this customer opinion and make it go up". The robot employee replies "I am not a postman". Faced with this wall and this deplorable service, I left in dismay. No empathy, no sense of service.

Amazing yesterday I was looking for a recommended ... Given the Google comments, I told myself that I will not have a good time. I arrive, small queue outside ... And surprised, two postal agents passed in the queue to help customers. An agent took my advice and brought my letter back to me in less than 5 minutes.
