I don't really understand negative reviews I arrived at 4 p.m. so it closes well at 4.30 p.m., I was welcomed and well informed for my problem The staff took the time to tell us what to do and who to contact The 1/5 are clearly not deserved

Very competent and pleasant telephone reception. Appointment with very quick conciliator.

The person at the reception is condescending to the possible, and sighs if you ask him a question. Worse still, she takes you back like a child in a disdainful tone. In short she should change jobs because obviously it is not the friendliness that suffocates!
