Disgusting customer service!
Mr Newton is only interested in the historic memorials he has been involved with and has no interest in individual memorial stones or their significance for a grieving family. He shows no sympathy or understanding for what a family may be experiencing following the loss of a loved one. Bottom line is you will wait months for anything to be done and not receive updates or contact. In our case, we had the telephone slammed down when trying to find out progress. Finally, after eight months, our mother's memorial was eventually delivered and is damaged. Shame on you!
If you're not bothered in how long it takes for anything to happen like a year then you should be fine
Absolutely disgusting customer service my mum paid in full for a plaque for her husbands grave 4 months ago and still no plaque in place , nobody answered phone eventually she had a call back from a man saying he has no idea when it will be done and he doesn't care , have been in touch with consumer rights and now going to take next steps to get money back
