Joke only open till 12 my parcel was taken there Thursday so I can't get it till sat luckily I decided not to work this weekend otherwise would have to wait till Thursday its nice to see you get punished for working but old people and Doleites can get there packages anytime its OK I've only waited 2 months for it any other time they would leave it at my neighbors maybe royal mail should open between 6 and 7 at night for people who work instead of presuming everyone can get there in the 4 hours a day they are open

Parcel delivered at 10am postman never rang bell or knocked on the door just office card go to delivery office before 12.00 and it's closed so now I hope you may redeliver my parcell pr8 3sq 20 Cornwall way ainsdale

Not a very good service at all. Parcel 1. Apparently they attempted to deliver my parcel. But no delivery note left so I can't pick it up. I had to make a complaint to customer services to get them to sort it. Parcel 2. Ready for collection. I que up to collect my parcel and apparently the parcel is locked away as I've arranged for a redilvery? I certainly hadn't.
