Always really helpful. Can't fault it. Easy that driving into West Malling and they take card payment and sell a variety big bags, boxes and envelope's xx

Really poor Service. Dropped UPS parcel to be collected, after 2 weeks it is still there. Have sent parcel using their service via DPD, they charged me 3.5 times more than DPD online service. Will never use them again and won't recommend.

Previous experiences here have been fine but sign up saying no longer open at weekends. It’s not really progress is it?

They make up their own prices. Went to send a FREE RETURN and they charged me a ‘handling fee’ of 25p. I advised the staff member at the time that I didn’t have any cash on me but he was adamant to take it via debit card. 25p?! Was it really worth it? Also sent a small parcel which they charged me £8 to send!! Sent the exact same sized parcel at a Post Office Branch and they only charged me £5! Stay away from here. Another customer lost.
