Just stayed 3 nights and loved it. Amazingly clean site (cleaner than most hotels!) and super friendly management! Perfect for us, the baby and the dog. The recycling is done really well too which we haven’t seen before, very impressed. Shower pressure really good. Lovely pub just down the road! We’ll be back!

Came and stayed here for 3 nights. What a lovely little find. Campsite was immaculate and the toilet block was so clean you could eat your dinner of the floor (didn’t actually do this as we had brought plates with us) The owner turned up on day 2 and was a wealth of knowledge on the local area and happy to chat and advise us on what to do and see Socially Distancing was fine and a 5 minute walk up the road takes you to the cutest little farm shop with some Lovely local meats and cheeses and everything you could want for a camping trip. £10 breakfast pack was enough food for 4 of us to have 2 breakfast! Will definitely return here soon

Excellent little site. Well placed for the 555 bus to travel into Kendall and a wonderful walk down the canal into Cockermouth. Staff really helpful and friendly and the site is clean and well maintained. Good pub and farm sharp for BBQ staples just down the road as well.

A delightful little site. Scrupulously clean, the piped music in the washrooms add to the experience. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay in such awkward times. We are already planning a return trip.
