Great site, great location with very good clean facilities. The view from the top of the site is incredible and has the most beautiful sunsets. The only reason for 4 stars is the kids were told off a couple of times whilst they were riding their bikes. Maybe more suited for those wanting a quiet getaway
Lovely site, nicely laid out with some great views and spectacular sunsets. Facilities are super clean which is nice, shame there is no baby changing facility though, main reason for a 4 star review rather than 5.
Can get busy on the camping fields and beware the wind - judging from the trees it is pretty constant so pick your pitch carefully!
Great position just off the coast, with views over Morecombe Bay.
We were camping August Bank Holiday weekend.
The ground was wet due to a lot of rain. We were in the right hand camping area. Lots of level ground, not to busy. Nice new toilet block, it's a working farm, you can get eggs, raw milk, and ice cream. We stayed 4 nights, £18 per night.
Great area for walking.
A really nice well run campsite in a gorgeous location. The raw milk was delicious. The shower block was clean but the shower block and the water temperature in the showers wasn't warm enough for me. They've done their best to keep campers safe with their covid measures, shame many people chose to disregard the guidance.
Had an excellent August Bank Holiday weekend here. Showers and toilets are very clean and well maintained. The warden on site is very helpful. Security on site in the evening. Short walk into Silverdale and Arnside. Nice walk down to jenny browns Point. Highly recommended. 👍
