Stayed here end of September. Stayed in new lodge which was lovely.Dog friendly and staff i club house was very nice. Was great taking the dog in aswell. Pity about the weather. Would be lovely in summer.
Bought a static caravan from this Company on their Silverhill Park in Dec 2016.
Within a short time we had major issues with their drainage systems causing sewage to come both inside & outside our caravan. This Company was not in the slightest bit interested, ignoring emails to it's Customer Services and Recorded Delivery letters to named Directors, until the intervention of NACO (National Association of Caravan Owners) yielded a response some 10 months later.
Following further issues with the attitude of the current Warden and a repeat of drainage problems this September, again with no interest shown following our communications, we decided to sell the caravan offsite and leave.
This Company has an absolutely appalling attitude to Customer Service, and as we found, once it has had your money it really does not give any regard to Customers at all.
MOST DEFINITELY will never use this Company again in any way.
Just sold our caravan after 4 years at Fell End and they decide to take a large proportion of the site fees, yet already taking the caravan at a discounted price.
Thanks for advising me that this was the case. Only after you transferred the funds without even notifying me.
I wouldn’t buy a caravan from these guys ever again.

Very poor company to deal with
Lovely few days break, opening weekend. Stayed in a brand new lodge, lucky enough to be the first guests. Few teething problems with hot tub, which where swiftly sorted when reported. Dog friendly, nice walks close by. Would definitely return again.
