Posting with this branch often results in 'lost' parcels... Use the East Street branch, much more reliable.

It says open but couldn't receive parcels after 7pm. What's the point of sending parcels there because you can't receive it at home because you work from 7am til 7pm. I'm a key worker and I live alone. Only way to get some items i need are through amazon because most shops are closed. And they keep saying to come from 9am-5pm? Seriously some of the staff are rude.

Useless. Was informed the post office was open until 10pm, returned at 6.30pm to find it was closed. Post office at newsagent counter this is, staff were not trained to take it.

Always long queues, not enough staff, poor service, managed to lose an expensive package. Came here today because I fancied a different walk from going to the Bedminster one... just go to Bedminster even if it’s further.
