Make sure you take the correct ID when collecting otherwise you will be confronted by an unwelcoming service! Newly weds, change your ID ASAP - if the last name does not match then you are in for a hard time even if it is clearly your face on your passport!!! I've had friendlier encounters at border controls! I understand it must be frustrating having to repeat the expectations of what someone should be bringing to collect a parcel but each person should be treated with respect. The tone and manner in which I was spoken to was not acceptable. I also understand we are all going through hard times so if anything we should all be making more an effort to pass on positivity from one person to the next. PS thanks to the lady in the Royal Mail van who stopped and waved me across the road so I didn't get soaked! Little things like this go a long way. If I could opt into my post to be collected from other delivery office's {Whitehall and Easton you have provided great services in the past} then I would. Hoping for a better service in 2021 from RM South East!

The timetable opening times out of date I drove passed this morning @6:50 Opening at 08:00 I get home, look up times on this page, opened@07:00!!! Bloody annoying.. Sort yourselves out, meant to be a public service.

How is it that DPD, Amazon and some other smaller delivery companies never misses me at my property and Royal Mail manages to do so 50% of a time. On top of that opening hours are so ridiculous that even with me working quite close it's impossible to pick package as it's closed so early.

Supposed to be open 11am - 3pm Sunday's accorsing to their P739 and website yet were fully locked up at 1pm.
