Have been using this post office for more years than I care to remember. Have always had great service from lovely people. It's great to see the third generation now working there. Well done all!
Was my go-to but has become a bit unreliable with its opening hours, I feel like they change so much it's hard to keep track and they don't advertise the changes anywhere I can find. I go to the Horfield one up the road now instead. Staff were always nice enough though.

I use this post office regularly. Staff are very friendly and helpful in particular during the lockdown and restrictions this year.
I prefer using the one on Whiteladies road, the galleries, Gloucester road or even Cotham with that character that puts everyone off. As a business account holder, I'm allowed to skip ques unlike this post office where I was once reminded by the young lady in such a hostile way to "just que up" while her colleague/relative scoffed and held back his laughter. Professional standards obviously lacking sometimes but also served me well on many occasions hence the 3 star rating
