I went to this PO as to apply for an SIA card. Even though it was empty, I was met by a grumpy looking woman with pony tail, that was pretending to do staff on computer and eventually looked at me. I said that I wanted to apply for SIA. She looked annoyed to the request and as she turned to her colleague, tall guy also grumpy, whom said promptly that the machine was broken. Obviously they were there and couldn't be bothered. Why be there then. If it is so bad why be there. Shouldn't they kiss the ground that in these hard times they still have a job. I agree with previous reviews that staff should be retrained or be fired. If you people stand behind a counter dealing with customers, have the very least of some dignity and be courteous or just stay home. 0 stars for you people. Will complain officially to Royal mail and SIA royal services as it was a selected PO that offers the service

We were really concerned after reading all the bad reviews here because we had our BRP cards delivered here. We showed up this morning a few minutes after opening and it was a perfectly pleasant experience. There were 3 employees at the front and we ended up interacting with all 3 of them through the process. I can see how it could be frustrating with a long wait but all the people were polite and helpful.

If you need help, go elsewhere. ROYAL MAIL-Fire everyone or re train them all IMMEDIATELY. This is the worst post office I've ever been into. The staff are both rude AND don't know anything about your prodcts and services. I now go out of my way to go to Mt Pleasant.. the concept of click and drop was too much for them too handle EVERY SINGLE WEEK and the attitudes were AWFUL. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

They said they didn't have my item and to come back in 1 week, i knew it was there since i asked before and they confirmed. I asked to check again they did and found it.

The staff are unnecessarily rude. I'll never visit again after a member of staff raised his voice at me because I put my letter on the wrong counter surface.
