I post items here regularly as it's close to where I live. There are two very rude people working behind the counter, one male, one female, the female being exceptionally unhelpful and extremely ill-mannered. Luckily, there is one other person serving there and she is nice and polite. I definitely wouldn't go there if it weren't for it being in such a convenient location.

I have never had a lost parcel or letter found and returned to me. That's despite very clear addressing, very securely fixed labels on the outside or directly written onto the packaging, usually also written on an internal note and the same with return address.
Same feedback. You need to update your timings. Arrived to find you close at 12.30 on Saturdays having walked to your post office with the expectation you were open to 1. Huge disappointment for the weekend.
Update your times online ffs.
A really rude staff member was annoyed because they were closing in 2 minutes and I dared ask her a question about first and second class post. They couldn't even wait for the three customers to leave before they turned the lights off. Terrible service.
