My experience at this Post Office was rather different to majority of reviews. Had to make a payment using a PayPoint card and transaction was flawless even during second lock-down.

Really friendly and helpful - about the only post office I could find in the Southbank that was open on a Saturday in lockdown.

Do not bother. The special opening hours are suitable only for stay at home mums and elderly who cannot leave the house anyway. Even if you manage to get off work early and run for your life to be there for 17:30 on a working day, you will be sorely disappointed because the staff treat the opening hours as really their working hours which means it will close earlier than advertised.

Very bad customer service from the lady that works there. I arrived at 3:45 and was waiting in line outside due to covid 19 and then inside and at 4:05 she tells me I’m not serving you as we are close and I was the last one in line and 1 person in front of me. She forgot that Life is a boomerang!
