Large well maintained post office with plenty of facilities. Thank you Selasie for the great customer service.
Last Monday I changed some euros into pounds and I get the most expensive rate ever. I got it because I didn't have at this moment other choice but, I don't recommend to change here. For 250€ they gave me 196£ when the normal rate it would be around 225£ 😐
They have several kiosks allowing you to weigh parcels and print the appropriate postage. There is helpful staff to assist with the kiosk, or in the traditional window. The postage printed from the kiosk is for a specific type of mail instead of a specific amount (e.g. the Worldwide up to 20g [pictured] currently costs £1.63). This is my favourite post office in London.
Rude staff with attitude. They couldn't find my parcel although it was supposed to be there.
Regarding the general service of R.M - it is really bad , they came, they never knocked, didn't call, never left a Something for you card.

Don't get the negativity. Went at 3:30pm to avoid the busy hours like the smart person I am and it took 5 minutes to pack and post my parcel, with the help of a very polite gentleman.
