I am grateful for the service this post office provides, however there is a particular member of staff that has been rude and disrespectful to myself and members of my family multiple times. I have also witnessed this member of staff repeating this behaviour with other customers. It is a shame that this staff member brings down the quality of service porvided here.

Due the incompetence of a member of staff I am £260 down as they have sent my cheques in the wrong envelope !!
