No information or updates on our booking this July. Phone unanswered and voicemail left to fill up so couldn't leave a message. Finally got a response a week before our stay to let us know the campsite is closed for the season. Offered a refund and bank details supplied. Several weeks gone now and no refund or reply to my follow up email. I am still waiting for my money back!!!!

Fantastic stay here! Lucy was a great host and we felt very welcome here. We are a family of 4 with a 2 year old and a 1 year old. The toilet block was a good size with enough toilets and showers with plenty of hot water. Washing up area is big enough and there is a fridge freezer for use too. There is a washing machine and kettle for customer use too. All communal areas were kept clean and tidy. Campfires are allowed. The campsite have plenty to lend out. They sell fire wood for £7 a bag. Minchinhampton village is a short walk away with a couple of cafe's and a convenience store too. There is a small play area for children which is very lovely as lots of children on the campsite play together. Cars are not allowed on the field once you have set up but there is plenty of space for cars in their car park.

A lovely campsite with all the amenities you need including a warm kitchen area, washing machine, great shower facilities and a play area all kept immaculate. We camped as a group of 7 family tents and Lucy could not have been more helpful and caring of us and the environment to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable stay. Thank you Lucy we all had a fab time!

Brilliant facilities for disabled and owner very friendly. There is even a kitchen with washing machine and fridge. Would definitely recommend.

I recently came back from a 3 night stay at this campsite. A group of 6. On the second day as we were returning to the campsite after a dog walk, I slowed down to say hello to the owner Lucy and make sure she knew we were coming in - she proceeded to ask me when we were paying as she said she had spoken about the matter to me the day before, she had not. I advised her that I would get the person she did talk to, to come to her when they returned later. She then started an aggressive rant about how she had told all our camp the day before about recycling and the camp rules on this - I clarified that she had never spoken to me or my partner about this at any point. She then started shouting that she had me on her CCTV throwing the wrong items in the wrong bins. I told her in no uncertain terms she did not, as I had not put anything in a bin, she called me a liar and again stated ranting she had this on CCTV. I told her this was someone else I was camping with, she had NEVER spoken to me and she could watch it again and then come back and apologize to me. She never did. She also had an aggressive outburst with someone else we were camping with and we heard of her doing the same with others. This woman should not work in a role that deals with the public. She is aggressive and rude, I would not stay here again under any circumstances.
