Really friendly, super efficient and I've been pleasantly surprised by the reasonable bill! I will use this firm again.
Just had a new boiler fitted with this plumbing firm I cannot recommend them highly enough, pleasant hard working men who have carried out an outstanding job nothing was too much trouble, professional competent, polite and honest, very competitive price and more importantly turned up when they said they would. I will deffinatley be hiring them again to do more jobs around my home.
Needed new tap washer . Told £50 call out so went elsewhere.

Shocking service from this idiot. Had a young boy up to try a fix out water pump, he couldn't do it so my husband spoke to Ken who told him he would come up the next day after he'd finished another job. We had a txt the next dat after numerous calls and texts to say he was trying to get to us.... that's it all calls were then ignored, my husband left a message asking him to let us know if he wasn't going to turn up so we could call somebody else out... nothing ( he knew we had no running water ) he didn't have the decency to txt saying he wasn't going to turn up......... idiot.
