Super friendly staff. Shop has everything you need - obviously never going to be able to compete with supermarket prices, but there when you have those oh no, we’re out of milk moments!

I got very bad experience, Very rude and very bad customer service, i was waiting for a long and the staff not bother to help ; I requested 2-3 times but staff don't bother to help, after i requested 3-4 times they come for help with very rude attitude, they just rudely rejected to serve and insults and not help, very less care of social distancing, covid 19 measures, i think watford council / trading standard has to look for this type of customer service; this way if assential shop working than its very wrong for local customers, council and Hermes, budgens type of big name company should review their licence or random check so other customer should not suffer by their rude attitude and careless service in covid 19.

Whenever any of our staff need anything for the car wash, we pop into here and they are always stocked and vey nice people to engage with.. plus there are parking spaces round the corner

How rude, we were in a queue to be served, the person behind the till looked at me and as I walked closer they walked away to the back storeroom, when the other till person was available I walked towards them, I had a couple of questions to ask about a parcel I was hopeing to drop of at there shop, the person answered one question was rude and then just walked to other till and served someone else, we shall never use Budgens again, you would think we so many people out of work staff would try and be more helpful
