Probably one of the worst post offices I've been to till date. The customer service is pathetic and hopeless. For any query related to delivery timelines or urgent delivery of parcels, the answer seems to be only with manager. Huge queues whilst the persons at the counter discuss and crack jokes among themselves. Do not provide full information, and I felt cheated couple of times as they knowingly push you to take expensive private courier services which have no service guarantee. Won't recommend this to anyone in and around Rickmansworth
Constant cueing slow staff 😴
Friendly staff, approachable, needed a permit and they took care of application process easily. Kept me informed when it would take time.
I would give a zero star to this post office if I could. Went in to return a package from Guess. Lady at the counter saw the box & without even scanning the package said I need to pay for it. When U said its a free delivery & is clearly written on the letter she asked me to show the letter. I opened tge package as the return post was inside. I showed her that its written that I need to use the return label & send it via post office. She refused to read the letter & worst thing is SHE NEVER SCANNED THE BARCODE which was on the package. Doubting if she knows the process. Pathetic staff.
