To be honest I don't want to give any stars but seems to be only way I will get heard!! I have been to the post office a few times since moving to the area and service was ok though never great but the last visit was awful! I had my 2 year old daughter with me who the previous day in the shop has been a nightmare kicking and screaming but when I went to post a parcel the next day, my daughter was being well behaved and I bought her a chocolate (she had already been punished for the day be fore) but when purchasing this the lady behind the counter at th e post office decided to tell me 'after he behavior yesterday she should not have the chocolate and what she needs is a smack, she obviously doesn't get enough smacks ' and then proceeded to tell my daughter she needs smacking!! with a queue behind me i was mortified and simply wanted to get out!! I have tried to complain but after being told i would i have not heard back from anyone!!

Great service & with a smile too. Can't beleive I walked in about 2.30pm to fins not 1 person in the que. How great is that :)
