Never go there specially for the post office services, utter waste. Rude behaviour. Owner saying that he do not want to keep post office services.
They come up with all sort of silly reasons without notification to not to provide post office services.

DO NOT GO THERE, WASTE OF TIME
Rude doesn't even describe the owner sanjay, he's just pathetic.
I was refused service for using 'wrong' envelope.
He must be very sad sitting all day in the shop all his life and has nothing to do but be rude to people.
As I was out the door he shouted 'f... off' in front of people. I did not argue when I was refused to be served, I simply left. Maybe he wanted reaction. I am calm person to raise up to this pathetic reaction.
Reviews show he is just too rude to customers and staff.
The owner is absolutely awful and rude. He has the only post office in the area so we are forced to his rudeness and arrogance. He opens and closes the post office whenever suits him without making official announcements.
I have experienced him being rude not to only me for no reason but also to most of the customers openly.
If you drive, head to South Ockendon and avoid him ruining your day.
To the owner: I hope another off-licence with Post office duties opens in vicinity so you can take your sense of entitlement where else.
