Took a parcel to be posted with DHL containing a £600 smartphone to be returned under Google RMA to the Scotmid Balloch store and instead of telling me they don't accept DHL parcels they took it regardless and put it in the wrong bag (severe lack of training and care at play) so the parcel has now been lost and Scotmid are saying it is my fault for taking it there it is my understanding that a shop employs staff to pass information on what is and is not accepted to the customer not the other way around, Scotmid offered a £20 voucher for a device costing £600 that their staff lost due to substandard training and sheer incompetence avoid this shop it's an absolute disgrace and customer service is none existent, the manager is a clown
