So so nice! Every little detail in that hut was well thought of. We were there over 2 yrs ago for my husband’s (then boyfriend’s) birthday and it was an unforgettable romantic experience!! You won’t regret it!

A great little farm that is quiet and green with a few of the usual farm animals around. The accommodation is to a very high standard and you are suprised the second you walk through the door. The cabin/coach has been fitted out to 5 star level and the wood burner does a great job. Well worth the money and I would highly recommend it for a peaceful break for the weekend. Wendy is very accommodating.

Beautiful stay in the Shepard's retreat. Great facilities and beautiful views. Pack lunches and breakfast hampers tasty showcase of local produce.

Just got back from a fantastic night away at Greenhill. The lodgings were as good as the views. We were blown away by the interior of the cabin! Highly recommended!

Loved it so much! We stayed in Shepherd’s Watch hut and it was a really lux: hot water, wood burning stove and comfy furnishings. We ordered a breakfast hamper that was lovingly prepared and delivered the night before. This is a fantastic area for walking and rambling, and thanks to the maps left in our hut we were able to explore some of the surrounding ancient woodlands. There is no shop near by so bring your supplies (wine and crisps) with you and if you’re cycling be prepared to ride up some pretty high gradients.
