I have been using contact pets for a number of years now , I was travelling considerable distances to find good marine stock but found contact to be about the best and local too. Dave , Simon and the team really do go out of their way to help in any way possible , and always make time to give the best honest advice possible. During lockdown they have done everything they can to keep providing the essentials and making it as safe as possible , keep up the superb work....

Great place with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a number of snakes from these guys over the years. Snakes have always been healthly with no problems

Fantastic array of exotic pets, knowledgeable staff. Seem very responsible. Good choice of pet food and accessories. I’ve purchased tropical fish from them and they’ve been good and healthy.

Not very friendly, spiders are in very bad condition. Had once a dead spider when I got back home. I bought 2 cricket boxes no more than 20 in alive. They show you nice clean boxes behind the glass and then give you bad once you aren't looking. I've never been treated like that. Not to mention the prices are 3 times more than normal... NEVER AGAIN!!!

They must really look after their reptiles but not there fish twice we have been in a pointed out multiple dead fish to them bought a fish from there 2 weeks ago that fish was sold to me with a bacteria infection and passed away this has resulted in my other fish getting the disease of the fin rot and am now having to treat with antibiotics to hope they stay alive. Water was checked by pets at home who said my water is perfect to where it should be and the fish that died must of had a disease which has passed on to the rest of them. Definitely won't be buying from there again. Water in the shop was always filthy and when you tell them there is a dead fish they ignore you.
